Oskar's Delight

Just like Lady Luck, this is an original Oskar Davidsen recipe. However, the two drinks are not that similar. This is our take on a welcome drink. It is fairly low abv. so it is perfect for the beginning of a gathering or party. On top of that it is deliciously refreshing and super simple to make. The recipe for this wonderful drink is:

• 2 cl. Oskar Davidsen Solbærrom
• Lemon soda to taste. (approx. 12 cl.)

Garnish:

• Lemon zest

1. Pour Oskar Davidsen Solbærrom into a longdrink glass filled with ice
2. Top with lemon soda

We think this is a perfect start to a party or a gathering, as it is refreshing, balanced and low abv. If you would like a less sweet drink, we recommend using a prosecco or other sparkling wine that is not too sweet, instead of the lemon soda. Another possibility is to use regular club soda, however, this will give you a drink which is less complex and more simple to drink, which can be perfect in some cases.
